Istisyarah: Jurnal Bimbingan Konseling Islam (IJBKI) is an open access journal, peer-reviewed and assessed against international publication standards. This journal is published by Fakultas Ushuluddin, Adab dan Dakwah (FUAD),  Islamic State University (UIN) of Palangka Raya.

We rapidly publish articles online that are published twice a year under specific topic categories. We invite scholarly contributions on Islamic Guidance and Counselling in Southeast Asia, including works beyond this geographical scope, by addressing comparative or interventional topics relevant to the region. IJBKI serves as a bridge that integrates various paradigms such as medical organic, psychological, relational systemic and constructionism with religious or spiritual paradigms.

The official language of the manuscript to be published in the IJBKI journal is English.
